We strongly recommend that all shipments are sent to us by a method that gives you a signed delivery receipt, tracking number and insurance. Good methods are Fedex or UPS.
Please place your RA# on the exterior of the box.
Please include the following in the box:
-Your return shipping address (we do not ship to PO boxes)
-Your phone number(s)
-A copy of your invoice (for warranty repairs)
-Information about problems you are experiencing with your product

Any items left unclaimed for 90 days will be resold to cover costs.
If the unit is a warranty repair, we will issue an RA# and service the unit at no charge. If the unit has been used in a way that voids the warranty, we will contact you with an estimate for the cost of the repair.
We will issue you a ''minimum/maximum'' cost range prior to any work being done. If the repair exceeds the maximum then we will contact you before proceeding. If the estimate is declined, the product will be returned and the cost of shipping will be charged to your card. If the repair is accepted, your card will be charged prior to the repair and shipping.
